Significance

This paper describes a catalytic asymmetric synthesis of axially chiral allenylsilanes catalyzed by a rhodium-diene complex. The catalyst was able to facilitate highly regio- and stereoselective 1,6-additions of arylboronic acids to N,N-disubstituted enynamides.
