Significance

This paper describes the preparation and catalytic performance of a new class of chiral aminotriazole ligands. In order to examine the catalytic performance of these new ligands, synthesized from copper-catalyzed click chemistry, they are applied in the ruthenium-catalyzed asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of ketones and good results are obtained after careful optimization.
