After previous reports about dienamine catalysis (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2006, 128, 12973), the groups of Chen and Jørgensen now made the next logical step, disclosing the first examples of trienamine organocatalysis. The high product complexity provided by the method will undoubtedly stimulate further research.
