Stereoselective Total Synthesis of Pectinolide H

Abstract

An efficient total synthesis of pectinolide H was achieved by using alkynylation, asymmetric reduction in the presence of a Corey–Bakshi–Shibata catalyst, and a Still–Gennari olefination as key steps.
