Abstract
Pseudoaneurysms are uncommon following blunt abdominal trauma. A review of the literature
has shown that such cases are usually managed aggressively. We report our experience
of two cases of post traumatic intra-abdominal pseudoaneurysms which were managed
conservatively.

Les pseudo-anévrismes sont rares après un traumatisme fermé de l'abdomen. La revue
de la littérature a montré que la majorité de ces cas était traitée de manière chirurgicale.
Nous rapportons notre expérience de deux cas de pseudo-anévrismes post-traumatiques
intra-abdominal qui ont été traités de manière conservative.
Resumen
Los pseudoaneurismas son raros después de traumas abdominales cerrados. Una revisión
de la literatura solamente muestra algunos casos que han sido tratados agresivamente.
Presentamos nuestra experiencia con dos casos de pseudoaneurisma traumático intraabdominal
que fueron tratados de forma conservadora.
Zusammenfassung
Pseudoaneurysmen nach einem stumpfen Bauchtrauma sind selten. Ein Überblick der Literatur
ergab, dass diese Fälle im Allgemeinen aggressiv behandelt wurden. Wir berichten über
zwei Fälle eines posttraumatischen intra-abdominellen Aneurysmas, die konservativ
behandelt wurden.
