The Introduction contains an incorrect statement. The sentence ”To the best of our
knowledge, no chemical study has been made on the species Y. japonica.” should be revised to ”Previous phytochemical investigations of the species reported
on sesquiterpene lactones and triterpenoids in aerial parts and the whole plant of
Y. japonica [1,2]
