Über Makulaveränderungen bei Optikusatrophie

Optikusatrophien verursachen Veränderungen der Makulareflexe. Es werden zwei verschiedene Bilder dieser Veränderungen beschrieben, das eine bei diffuser Optikusatrophie, das andere bei Ausfall eines Axonenbündels. Die klinische Bedeutung dieser makulären Veränderungen wird betont.

Summary

Optic atrophy induces an alteration of macular reflexes. Two types of changes in macular reflexes are described, one following diffuse optic atrophy, the other resulting from fascicular axonal loss. The clinical significance of macular changes in optic atrophy is emphasized.
