ABDOMEN/BECKEN – No-Touch-Radiofrequenzablation überzeugt bei kleinen hepatozellulären Karzinomen
Europäische Leitlinien empfehlen bei sehr frühen hepatozellulären Karzinomen die Radiofrequenzablation als Alternative zur chirurgischen Resektion. Hauptnachteil ist die schlechtere lokale Tumorkontrolle. Die No-Touch-Technik generiert ein Ablationsfeld und verhinderte in der klinischen Studie die lokale Tumorprogression.
