Phlyktänuläre Konjunktivitis und enterohämorrhagische Escherichia-coli-Infektion

Anamnese

Ein 11-jähriges Mädchen stellte sich mit seit einem Monat bestehender phlyktänulärer Konjunktivits am linken Auge vor. Drei Tage zuvor war extern mit einer lokalen Salbentherapie (Tobramycin und Dexamethason) begonnen worden, auf welche die Phlyktänen anamnestisch schon angesprochen hatten. Die Phlyktänen waren optisch aufgefallen, aber sowohl vor als auch unter Therapie völlig asymptomatisch. Es bestand kein Kontakt zu Spielkameraden mit Tuberkulose und das Kind war sonst gesund – soweit bekannt. Aktuell wie auch in der Vergangenheit lagen keine Blepharitis, Dermatitis, Rosazea oder Atopie vor. Allerdings berichtete der Vater des Mädchens von einem täglichen Konsum von Spicy Hot Ramen aufgrund des TikTok „Hot Lips“-Trend. Gastrointestinale Beschwerden wurden verneint.
