Die retinalen Angiomatosen

Zusammenfassung

Die drei klassischen Bilder der retinalen Angiomatosen werden in ihrer klinischen Symptomatik dargestellt. Bei frühzeitiger Diagnose läßt sich in vielen Fällen die sonst unvermeidliche Progression zu totaler exsudativer Amotio, Sekundärglaukom und Amaurose durch gezielte Licht-, Laser- oder Kryokoagulation aufhalten. - Die Prognose ist am besten bei der Leberschen Miliaraneurysmen-Retinitis, wesentlich unsicherer bei der von Hippel-Lindauschen Angiomatose und der Coatsschen Angiopathia retinae.

Summary

The three classical angiomatoses of the retina are described on the basis of the clinical picture. If early diagnosis is possible, the otherwise inevitable progression to exudative retinal detachment and secondary glaucoma may be avoided through extensive coagulation by laser, xenon or cryopexy. - The prognosis is best in Leber's retinitis; it in much poorer in cases of von Hippel-Lindau angiomatosis and primary Coats' disease.
