Abstract

More than 1500 different compounds in tobacco and its smoke are known in the time being. Also the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are considerable chemical groups in the healthy affairs. The investigations of cancerogenic N–nitro compounds are formed difficultly, especially nicotine effects which are centre of research. The number of the known nitrogen compounds reached more than 200, which are derivatives of amines, amido group, pyridine, pyrazine, nitro polycyclic, cyanics, nitro compounds etc.
